While we call it an iceberg, it is actually the shape of a mountain.  And the details on the side of the award are designed to make the award look "ice-like".   At almost 3.5" high, this award makes a perfect desktop option when you want your recipient to be able to keep their award right where they will see it every day.

Engraving is done on the front side of this award, but there is limited space.  If you have a large logo, you may want to opt for just engraving your company name in text.
